Until a couple of weeks ago, Advanced System Care ran fine.  But for some reason, it now will not open or run.
I have tried to uninstall it and I can't do that either.  What can I do to fix this problem?  I get a pop up screen saying it is missing:
rtl120.bpl.  What do I do to fix this?
