My son was on the computer last night when it frooze up on him and he had to turn off manually.  When I restarted computer I received the following error "Process id = Oxa48(2632) Thread id = Oxa4c (2636)" and then it asks to terminate program or debugg. 
When you select debugg it say it failed and to debugg manually.  The computer eventually freezes where everything stops working including the mouse.
And it won't open my Mcafee in order to run a scan to see if there is a virus.
