Dell 968 AIO will not print.
I have a new HP desktop, it has Windows 7.
I have installed the software for my Dell 968 AIO color printer, the printer will copy and scan ...I have not tried the fax yet but it will not print from the computer.
I tried to change the setting to print directly
to printer, I got error (00x something) did not write it down.
It spools everything but will not print until the computer is turned off and back on then it will print the spooled items. I have checked all cable and cords everything seems to be connected properly.
What do I need to do?
