Auto format graphs with new 2007 design - subscripts vanish & how to change the preset designs?
If I take any graph from an old excel version, and change to one of the pre-designs in 2010, all sub and superscripts in any of the labels vanish.
Why?
This doesn't happen anymore when I change between different 2010 pre-designs, (although the font size always changes back to some pre-set but that's a one button reset to what I want)
Is there any way to use a new design, but without erasing sub/superscripts?
Also on this topic, chang I change the preset designs, for example if I DON'T want those drop shadows under my data, and a different font size, I could change that in the preset rather then post-editing each graph afterwards?

If you change the graph according to a predesign ot a template that is built in in excel 2010, obviously the formatting in the chart would change, so you must be prepared to the changes and then change to appropriate template /formt/ predesign
