Annoying Pop-up Everytime I Go Into Explorer 9

Hi,
 
My OS is Windows Vista.  Every time I go into Explorer 9 I keep getting a User Account Control pop-up asking for permission to install a Internet Explorer Add-on. 
 
Does anyone know what this add-on is?  I just click the "X" box to get rid of it.  Where does it oriiginate and how can I remove this annoying thing?
