I opened a word document yesterday (word 2010) and there was nothing particularly special about the block of text (ie no highlighting or bold), however as I edited the document, moving text and dropping new text in from other sources, the terms such as "Supplier"
and "Comencement Date" were converted to bold text.
(for confirmation they were not previously bold in either this document or the documents where the text was copied from.
Therefore word 2010 was identifying that a "Term" was deposited and automatically converted
it to bold.
This seemed really useful however I dont know what the tool is and how to turn it on and off...
and unfortunately I seemed to have turned it off now and cant get it back!
 
Does anyone know what it is?
