hi!

I was trying get the internet connected which required a new procedure of dial-up connection.
For some reason it was not working and everytime froze the system.
I switched off the power and did it a few times.
however, after sometime the system showed
this message : Application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022).
Click ok to close the application.
The desktop is not coming and the background is also black.
 I can reach the task manager and thats about it tried safe mode- didnt work.
I tried to run
a new explorer task that also didnt work.
I dont want to lose the desktop by rebooting.
Is there any way to normalize it.
Could you plz suggest something!
