I’m getting the error 1722; the rpc server is unavailable with no audio on Windows 7.
 I performed this suggested fix;

The power service is running but the windows audio & endpoint builder refuse to start.
It still fails with the error 1722.

What are the correct Logon settings for the Quality Audio QWave in the Component Service dialog box?
It wants Logon settings to connect to the RPC Service.
