Annoying information bar notifications when Add-ons are disabled
One great feature of IE8 is that i am now able to allow ActiveX controls only for specific websites.
But this has a very annoying side-effect, mainly for the Adobe Flash Player which is required on nearly every site.
For example, I'd like to allow the flash player only for YouTube and MSN Video.
From now on, IE8 is nagging me on each and every site (even here on Microsoft Answers) with an information bar notification that reads "This website wants to run the following add-on:
Adobe Flash Player ..." - again and again and again.
Is there any way to disable this behaviour? I have told IE8 on which sites I'd like to allow this Flash Add-On to run, so why is IE8 nagging me again and again with this question?#

This is a security feature if IE and is not tied to whether or not you have a sight “allowed” to use an add-on.
It behaves in this manor to help protect you against malware.
You can lower or customize your security settings by clicking on the “Tools” button on the Menu bar and clicking Internet Options.
Click on the “Security” tab and then click the “Custom Level” button.
Scroll down to the Active X Controls section and you can change the settings to have the prompts disables and simply disable the Active X controls.
Just understand that not all Active X controls are malicious and disabling them can cause some website features not to work.

On running the System Update readiness Command, it will Detect & Replace Incorrect Registry data with the Correct one. Which may ultimately Solve Annoying information bar notifications when Add-ons are disabled in Windows.
- Open CMD as Administrator by Simply Right Clicking on Start button > Command Prompt (Admin).
- Now Type or Copy paste "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth" and hit Enter,
- Now again Type or Copy paste this "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth" and hit Enter.
- Close the Command Prompt Window because we are done.
Reboot your Windows & see if error Annoying information bar notifications when Add-ons are disabled is still there.
Note: Your administrator's password might be needed.
