Dosen't get "open in new tab" facility in internet explorer 8 when right click on link

'Open in New Tab' was not there to select when i right-click.
The tab browsing is enabled.also when i opened ie in no add-ones mode its work (Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, Internet Explorer (no add-ons).)
how do I track down which add-on is causing the problem.
