I will not throw money at a near obsolete dell optiplex.
IT CAN RUN WIN7 FINE WITHOUT UPDATE PROCESS.
What is killing me, is that theres nothing i can disable, turn off, or RISK a major failure by turning certain services off!first off, no
one knows what processes are safe to turn off since all configs are different.
I am simply trying to see what the issue is why i cant proficiently use apps and internet (60 mbps) without not responding, or taking a nap while a browser opens;please anyone!
