Delete invisible table row! AAAARGH! (Change Tracking)

I have an invisible row in my table.
As I go up and down the rows in 'table properties' I reach row 11 and nothing is highlighted.
When I go to row 12 the row after row 10 is highlighted.
This is stuffing up my alternating line shading.

This row appears to have 0 height even though I've told Word to make the height 'exactly' a positive number.
I've tried inserting a row after row 10 and a row before row 12 and then deleting the rows between 10 and 12 but the invisible row is still there.
I've
tried putting borders and padding in the cells so that I would have some area of the screen to click on but to no avail.
I even used 'table properties' to 'select' row 11 and tried typing something.
The text was going somewhere but it wasn't on the screen.
I even inserted a picture.
This caused my entire table to reformat in that wonderful way it does, but I still could not see the picture nor could I select that damn row's contents to remove it!

Please help me delete this row, this is incredibly frustrating!!!

This is how the problem was overcome:-

If you select Final: Show Markup in the Tracking section of the Review tab of the ribbon, and you turn off the Revision Tracking, you can then select the row and delete it.

Manually editing the Windows registry

Manually editing the Windows registry to remove invalid MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION keys is not recommended unless you are PC service professional. To manually repair your Windows registry, first you need to create a backup by exporting a portion of the registry related to MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION (eg. Windows Operating System):

Click the Start button.
Type "command" in the search box... DO NOT hit ENTER yet!
While holding CTRL-Shift on your keyboard, hit ENTER.
You will be prompted with a permission dialog box.
Click Yes.
A black box will open with a blinking cursor.
Type "regedit" and hit ENTER.
In the Registry Editor, select the Error 0x9C-related key (eg. Windows Operating System) you want to back up.
From the File menu, choose Export.
In the Save In list, select the folder where you want to save the Windows Operating System backup key.
In the File Name box, type a name for your backup file, such as "Windows Operating System Backup".
In the Export Range box, be sure that "Selected branch" is selected.
Click Save.
The file is then saved with a .reg file extension.
You now have a backup of your MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION-related registry entry.
