Cannot connect to a website

I'm trying to connect to a website to view it's web cams using my laptop that runs Windows 7 & IE9.
I keep getting a warning that Internet Explorer has stopped working. The website runs just fine on our desktop that runs IE8. I uninstalled IE9 to see if
that was the problem on the laptop but the website site still doesn't work. So I re-installed IE9. I'm at a lost of what settings need to be changed. I know it runs some sort of ActiveX because when I disable ActiveX I don't get the warning and the page
doesn't crash but the cameras won't load. Any suggestions?? Website is listed below.

Step 1: I would suggest you to boot the computer into safe mode with networking and check if the issue persists.

Step 2: If the issue is fixed in safe mode with networking, then I would suggest you to perform clean boot and remove the program that is causing the issue.
When you perform clean boot make sure you disable all the firewall and antivirus.
